How to Order from Steel Dragon Computers

The easiest way to order from Steel Dragon Computers is to contact us through Email, but we almost always have someone at a computer, ready to take orders through AIM or MSN. We will ship to anywhere in the continental United States for an additional charge (shipping and handling).

In your emails, please enter the following information:
Subject: Steel Dragon, New computer

Name: Your full name
Phone: Phone number we can contact you at, and what hours are acceptable
Time zone: what time zone you are in

Hardware Requests: what hardware you wish to have in your machine, if anything specific.

Requirements/expectations: what games do you want to play with the machine, if any specifically. otherwise, just let us know what you want it to do. For example, do you want a machine to browse the web at blazing speeds, yet security? do you want a computer to just play some older games on and use for word processing, or to finish your taxes on?

Software: please let us know what operating system you want installed and if you have any specific software you want bundled with it. All our machines default with Windows XP Home SP3 or Vista Home SP1. if these are not to your liking, or you simply want something else installed, let us know and we'll see what we can do to meet your requests.

If you do contact us through AIM or MSN, please state the purpose of your request immediately.

We will take payment through PayPal and certified checks only, or in person with cash. At this time, we don't have the ability to take payment via credit card, except through PayPal. Once we have completed an order form, you will recieve our PayPal information.
