Typically, we do repairs in your home or your place of business. If we it appears that the job is more lengthy, taking more than a couple of hours, we may prefer to take the computer back to the shop for full diagnostics and repair.
Cases where we may want to a repair job can be done in your home would be if we need to use our full diagnostics equipment, or if there is extensive malware that needs to be cleansed by removing your harddrive. When we do take it to our shop, we normally return it within 24 to 48 hours.
